1 /5 Beth Warner: I made an appointment with Jen over a month ago for Wednesday7/17/24. A half hour before my appointment, she texted me and canceled, apologizing and I, reluctantly, rescheduled for today, 7/20/24. I leave for vacation tomorrow!!!!! Guess what????? She sent me a message canceling again! I leave tomorrow!!!!!

1 /5 Diane Rost: Ive been going here for the past 4 years working with Jenn. Last week she asked me to switch my appointment twice and then when I get there she doesnt show up or send an explanation. This isnt the first time shes asked me to switch and Ive been cooperative. I feel like as a long time loyal customer I deserved better than this. I like her work and she was fun to talk with but this behavior is very unprofessional.

5 /5 Evelyn Turnbell: Kelly is EXCELLENT! I had never gotten my eyelashes done before so I was nervous but she answered ALL of my questions and walked me through it. I LOVE my lashes and am officially addicted!! This girl knows what shes doing and is very informative.
