5 /5 Lauren: I had been eyeing this salon a few times whenever I pass it walking my dog. Yesterday, I decided Id walk in and make an appointment, which I ended up not having to do because Dora, junior stylist, was able to take me. From the outside, it looks beautiful and classy. From the inside, its gorgeous, but also relaxing and cozy. The staff is LOVELY. They are warm, friendly and accommodating. I also really appreciated that my service dog could be with me and I didnt feel like I was being judged. Sometimes I find that salons can feel a little intimidating depending on the personalities of the staff, but everyone was so nice that it allowed me to enjoy myself and actually practice self-care, treating myself to a fresh color and cut. I must also add that I dont know what magic they do with their coffee, but it was the most delicious cappuccino Ive had. Finally, I even got to meet Jon, the owner, who wasnt supposed to be there, and he was such a kindhearted man (and he loved my dog, telling me he was welcome there anytime). I was very happy I walked in and I left feeling so much better and beautiful. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Im looking forward to returning for my follow-up in a few months!
