My hair artist came out to greet me right away, and I knew I was going to love her work immediately! She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she actually delivered better than what I had expected. She also did such a wonderful job on my young daughter’s hair. I am so happy I found the salon. It feels like home and everyone is so sweet. I have been searching for the perfect salon for so many years and this is it!

After discussing my wishes with her several times, she went ahead and cut my hair super-short, doing the opposite of what I wanted. My hair now looks like a disaster!
