I ran a few minutes late and messaged her ahead of time to let her know. However, when I arrived, she had already started working on another client. Her response was, āWhat was I supposed to do, wait for you?ā which I found rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, there was another staff member available who could have assisted me, but Sandy denied that option. I felt disrespected and unappreciated as a customer, and I wonāt be returning.
