1 /5 Eric Sweet: Does not care to even listen to patients, surgeons, MRI, CT results, and a complete disgrace to the medical field. Just cares about his paycheck. If you’re thinking of a doctor, this is not the place nor the doctor for health needs. Even Seneca family health and Life care are snobs that will treat you like dirt. They forget they are supposed to be in this line of work to actually listen and help people. Don’t do it.

2 /5 Lindsey Gee: I love my kids provider, Sue Randall-Mantella. But this office takes FOREVER to get back to you or complete any requests. Im constantly on hold every time I call. Most recently, Ive been waiting over a week for copies of my childrens physicals. I asked for them in person and was told theyre not in the right format and they would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I never got a call, so I called them (four business days later) and asked for them to be faxed to me. Five hours later I had not received anything, so I called back and was told "the nurse still hasnt done it yet, shes working hard. Can we send them tomorrow?" I understand the busyness of health care, I really do, but the fact that requests are ignored/forgotten about for days and then I have to practically beg for simple paperwork is irritating. For this reason alone Im thinking about switching providers.

1 /5 Cara-Leigh Battaglia: Extremely unhappy. Even simple requests like a list of current meds and a prescription to a pharmacy have been mixed up and required multiple phone calls to get completed accurately. It has taken up to three days to get a return phone call. I have had to call 7 times in 13 days. The staff are unprofessional and complain they are short staffed or blame the computer. While we love our physician, his move to this practice and our subsequent experience the past two weeks has been nothing short of a nightmare.

1 /5 Ryan MacNamara: This office is the most unorganized, rude, and incompetent doctor that I have ever experienced. They take forever to complete the most simple task such as a form, prescription. Multiple phone calls to get a prescription refilled and it gets done wrong. Had to go to urgent care because I ran out of insulin and they would not fill correctly. They have no idea about diabetes what so ever. They work for insurance companies and not the good of the patient. This place should be closed by the State Health Board for incompetence. Avoid if your health and life matters to you!!!!

1 /5 Jessica Johnson: Very unsatisfied with the services from this office. I called on 9/2/22 for a refill on my prescription that was due on 9/12/22 and I still have nothing. So I called the office today (9/14/22) and was told the message hasnt been looked at yet. I dont know how this office is still opened completely ridiculous. Not to mention the issues my mom has had with this office as well. Ultimately I think its time to find a new dr who actually shows him/her care about the patient and their health. I wouldnt refer anyone to this office EVER.
