1 /5 Amanda Bigg: As a first time client, my experience was not good. I set up an appointment with lady and Her coworker ended up doing my hair. He really didnt seem to confident in doing a 1 row braid less sew-in. After a week The hair and the beads ended up coming out. I contacted her through Instagram, which her communication skills are absolutely terrible. She takes hours to days to respond. She told me she would personally fix my hair at no charge. Once again we went back-and-forth through Instagram to figure out a day for me to come in which took days and days and days for her to respond she told me she would work around my schedule and to give her my Availability and when I told her a day and time she told me she couldn’t do that day because she was moving. I just gave up and took a loss of $180. I would not recommend this salon and I will not be going back.
