She revived my very-dehydrated, full of dead ends & very thick and curly hair, to life! She was a pleasure & I will recommend her to everyone! ❤️

1 /5 Crystal Bailey: 1st of all, dont sign anything anywhere before you get your hair cut. Apparently, its company policy to have you sign a document that states you understand there are no refunds. I even joked with the stylist asking whether or not I was going to need to ask for one. I was there for a color, highlights and a trim. I arrived at 12:45 per my online booking. I felt comfortable with the stylist (who enlisted the help of Nate - he seemed very knowledgeable) discussing what I was looking for. Things seemed to be going along just fine. We even had some good conversation. Where it went south was when she realized she wasnt going to be ready for her 3:30 appointment. I had grown my hair out in the front and I asked for a thin layer of bangs. She only cut one side (see pic with blacked out face). I had also asked for a short layer in the back to give my thin hair some dimension. I have a difficult time growing my hair (I am in my 50s). I dont like to take too much off. I asked her about the gray that was still showing around my face once the color was complete. She informed me that was my hairline and they couldnt color that. What?!? She also asked if I was okay with just a "rough dry" because she didnt have time for a full dry and style. I was trying to be understanding. She was drying my hair and put the brush down on the table in front of me. It had black hair in it (my hair is dirty blond). I was appalled that she used a dirty brush. I couldnt wait to get out of there. I paid my bill ($160) plus tip and left. I wasnt going to say anything. I just wanted to leave. I went to my sister to ask her to fix my bangs and even them out. While there, I was told I had a large chunk missing in the back of my hair (see pic). I ended up having about 6" cut off my hair to correct it. That was the point that I decided I was going to call the manager. After 2 1/2 weeks of no one returning my calls, I finally have an answer - they offered to fix my hair (already done) or give me products of their choice to help my hair grow back. There was no way I was receiving a refund of any kind. They told me they have cameras that they watched but they never took any responsibility for what they did to my hair. To be honest I felt like they were somehow blaming me for the situation. Absolutely disgusted and traumatized by this situation! I will NEVER go there again and I will not recommend this place to anyone!

5 /5 DaNenee: Nate was A M A Z I N G! He did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. I brought in a picture of the style I wanted. He was genuine and honest about the style I chose. He offered tips on how to keep my hair healthy even though I bleach each. Thank you Nate! I will definitely suggest you to others and I will be back.

2 /5 Jessica Barnard: The hairdressers were very sweet, and at first I was happy with my haircut, but upon actually looking at it, I want to cry. I had one side of my head shaved previously, and originally asked for that to be cleaned up and for my dead ends to be trimmed. She talked me into shaving the other side of my head, which I am not upset about. What I AM upset about l, however, is that she took the original line on my shaved side half an inch higher on my head, which I DID NOT WANT, and when she did the other side, she SHAVED TO MY WIDOWS PEAK. So now I have a bald patch IN THE FRONT OF MY HEAD and the sides are NOT even. I am so upset.
