She was very friendly and professional and my nails look great. The salon itself is clean and modern. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure on my natural nails which came to $75 plus tip.

5 /5 Tammy VonBank: I went to MANY nail places prior to Soho. I am extremely picky. I have been getting my nails done for 32 years. Once I found SOHO I knew I found my home Spa. They ALWAYS do such a beautiful job. It is always relaxing. All the ladies and owners are soo friendly, customer oriented and have smiles on their faces for the customers. The Spa is clean and relaxing. Everyone compliments on my nails and asks where I get them done. Everyone I send to SOHO loves it there. Thank you to all the Ladies and owners. ❤️❤️

3 /5 Lexi Hansen: I went to get my nails done for a very important wedding. Let me say first that the other few times I’ve went there service has been fine, but this is my first time with this particular nail tech. I really wish I had time to go back and get them fixed but I went right before the wedding so my nails would be fresh. She didn’t get very close to the cuticle so they already look grown out by a week. I noticed that at the salon but didn’t have time for her to do my entire manicure again at the time. My toes are kind of messy, and she only painted the very tip of one of my toes which unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home. I only get my nails done a couple times a year and I’m so disappointed that they look like this after $70.

My nails are so weak in general so she offered to do a second base coat. Loved the extra care! They both took their time with us and in general that was the vibe.

Mary Hubbs: Update: hasnt even been 8 hours Ive washed my hands a few times and already four gems have popped off and Im finding more sloppy paint and trying to peal/cut it away from the edges of my cuticles very painful. Pros: super nice and friendly, the guy did fix my nail shape from the last person who had them messed up and they look alot better shape wise now, and although he didnt know how to do the design I asked for he managed to make shift the leaf pattern with the jewels so that was nice and turned out good. Cons: my cuticles were cut back too far I was getting cut and burned constantly, painting felt rushed and was sloppy there are air bubbles in my nails, plus the tips were not painted so its not a continuous look at the end its just the acrylic and gel showing which I dont like and my under nails were just left dirty. No moisturizer cream or little hand massage afterwards which I feel like is a normal aftercare treatment at most places so I was expecting it but rather he just asked me to go wash my hands and was done. Overall: okay experience the people there are so nice, and my nails are okay to keep for a couple weeks but defiantly not fully satisfied.

Both pedicures are soothing but I suggest treating yourself to a spa experience. The foot massage is so relaxing and pure joy. I highly recommend this treatment. Trini is so lovely. She always greets you with a big smile and hello. You’ll be very comfortable in her company. Love this salon!!

Savannah: the place looked clean. they use jetted tubs for pedicures so questionable sanitation. pedicure: i usually do my own and have them polished but i just moved across the country and didn’t have time. zero cuticle work was done, i was really surprised. i was a licensed nail for 5 years and i mean, that’s the basis of manicuring - grooming. this is one of the things that helps the polish adhere. i have issues with dead skin build up on my sidewalls and that wasn’t touched at all. i was really disappointed bc idc about the massage, i just want my cuticles done. the polish job wasn’t bad, no cleanup tool used. just fingernails and some flooded cuticles. manicure: i always do a colored acrylic refill. they don’t do acrylic at all. i was going to go somewhere else but i was already at 5 weeks and desperate so i let them do a hard gel refill. she wasn’t bad, she was gentle, didn’t nick me, but they are bumpy in side profile and not very close to the cuticle. the 3rd day looked like 1 week grow out. my top coat is already matte in some areas which shows really bad on the shimmer polish i chose and chipping at the tips; im not harsh on my nails. they’re treated like jewels not tools. i would come back for my nails if i could get the same girl again if i was really needing them done. there’s potential. but i know i have higher expectations and im picky!
