1 /5 Caroline Boule: I’m so disappointed with what has happened to this clinic since May 2024. They do not refill maintenance medication after multiple requests on MyChart and via phone. One of the nurses even gave me incorrect information on how to take medication when I finally reached someone. They must not have known that I’m a doctor myself and I’m switching practices. I just feel bad for the patients who have difficulty advocating for themselves. Please, SPHP, get this practice together for the safety and well-being of your patients!
