LUXE Salon|Spa - Saratoga Springs Christine Vasiliau: I work out of town and have limited availability. My appointment was scheduled - and confirmed - for Saturday, 4/8/23. I was texted in the middle of the week that day & time was already booked (not sure why the online booking tool made it appear open). We rescheduled for Saturday, 4/15/23. Got a text at 8:00 am that the puppy was sick and she would keep me posted. Unprofessional and not acceptable. NEXT!!!

She politely refused. To this day my husbands sworn allegiance. Brought my granddaughter today for her first salon experience and she cant stop talking about how beautiful her hair is! Crown Salon Saratoga - Saratoga Springs Lara Manti: Salon is beautiful and clean! Very high end, professional stylists who know how to care for your hair and skin. Andrea is a superb colorist. I have so many compliments on my hair color and style. She is super nice and is passionate about her work. Highly recommended!! I also highly recommend Crown Salon for your next blowout. The chairs are massage chairs along with amazing scalp massage. Gregory is also awesome!

I have been a client of Krissys for over 15 years now and would not even consider having someone else touch my hair (aside from Chloe, of course!). Krissy is highly trained in EVERYTHING hair and it shows in her work. Not only do I rely on Krissy for my regular cut and colors, but she also did my hair for my wedding with not one, but two styles! We decided on a half-up style for the ceremony and then she quickly made the seamless transition to a full updo for the reception!
I promise, you cant go wrong when you use these girls!
Sorella Spa & Wellness - Ballston Lake Andrea Nassar: The owner is really sweet and made me feel very welcome as a new customer. I had a massage with Katie and she was great. Definitely going to be a regular customer! Would be a great place for a girls day out or for a wedding party to get ready. Cute old building with a lot of character!
Classical Concepts Salon and Spa - Saratoga Springs Julie Austin: The very first time I had my hair done here was just a couple days before my wedding to refresh my color and get a cut. My hair came out so beautiful. I just very recently had 12 inches cut to donate and Chrissy did an absolutely amazing job on my cut! I am not usually a fan of my hair shorter but this cut feels great and is so easy to style. I am truly loving it. The atmosphere at Classical Concepts is also really relaxing. They have a great selection of products to purchase to incorporate into your self-care routines. I highly recommend services at Classical Concepts without any hesitation.
Remarkable Finish Hair Salon - Saratoga Springs Jeline Rivera: Well I don’t know where to start. I’m so disappointed to say the least. I went into this salon and met with Yvette (whom seemed offly rude and not in the mood when I arrived). I had gone in for a shape up of my natural curls since they were to my shoulders and in need of ends refreshing. I of course, trusted a second-tiered deva curl “specialist”. Take a look at my hair now. $79 later. Disgusting
