2 /5 Correen Denman: She did great on the trim but I’m heart broken about the bangs. I showed her exactly what I wanted and I was already afraid to begin with. I asked for long bangs and left with short uneven bangs that looked nothing like the picture.. my hair takes years to grow back and I can’t even lean my head forward without the tiny bangs falling in front of my eyes. I still tipped and didn’t make a huge deal, I didn’t want to embarrass her or myself. If you don’t know how to do something then please just let the customer know so that they don’t make the mistake of trusting you to do that certain thing. Once you cut it off, it takes a long time (for a lot of people like myself) to grow back so we are stuck with what you gave us.
