1 /5 Stevie Rae: Hello Ive put off writing this to give time for correction. However, this is unacceptable. My mother went in for a set of Gel Extensions her tech was Shelby. This is what she left the salon with. They were lumpy, uneven, and painted to look 3 weeks grown out. After 1 day her thumb nail broke so she went back in to get it fixed. In the meantime 2 more of her nails broke. She asked Shelby to possibly repaint them or atleast clean up her cuticles to which she responded "well do that next time". While repairing her thumb nail she drilled a HOLE through my mother nail.(last photo) That following week my mother tried to get in touch with the owner (Nicky) and got several emails saying she would get back to her in a few days. Well, its been several weeks with no answer. This is just completely unprofessional and my mothers natural nails are now thin and damaged because of this.
