1 /5 Hurcombbaby: So I went there yesterday to get a touch up. My first time , my hair had blond highlights & was a lighter brown from my original dark brown hair. Couldnt get to my hairdresser as shes on long Island NY & on maternity leave

This is the 3rd person Ive tried in Upstate NY ( Seneca county ) who doesnt know how to do hair Or maybe its their products they use
Now my hair is red. Freaking red & no gray was covered. Its botchy. My highlights are gone
No more streaks of blond ( Ive paid lots of money to have ).
So disappointed & I had high hopes too
The cost came with a cut or trim. I did a trim ( thats uneven too ). I could of done better myself & I have .
I believe I should get my money back ( 50 $ ) so I can refix what your place has ruined. Its gonna cost me a lot now to fix
