5 /5 Kathleen Casey: I have seen Dr. Fish for 25+ years. During that time, she answered questions and gave me an abundance of information and advice. She transitioned me from using a needle to deliver insulin to an Insulin Pump and eventually a Continuous Glucose Monitor. Her understanding and of new medication was always up to date. Her office staff is the best!

1 /5 Colleen Backer: I was told that Dr Fish was a wonderful doctor and asked my PCP to refer me to her. I received a call today saying they wont see me because I used to go to the Joslin Center in Syracuse. I havent seen an endocrinologist in a year, Joslin Center kept canceling appts after I already took time off from work. The office told me today "oh well, you will have to call them". So much for being a wonderful Doctor.

5 /5 Pamela Luckie: I certainly have a few comments about the specialized care provided by Dr. Claudia Fish. How Lucky I have been to be the recipient of her vast knowledge in her field of practice. Her ability and insight to evaluate and review medicines, routines, and personal statistical progress or need for change has produced positive results. The office is run well and I have always been seen or called in a timely manner. The Endocrine System is truly a bear and yet Dr. Fish has always been up to the task. Thank you Dr. Fish

1 /5 Zackary Bartness: i was a patient for a total of 2 appts before i got kicked back to my primary care for “diabetes neglect”. Very unprofessional doctor and nurse practitioner. Dr. Claudia Fish’s office took 2 months to send out a pre authorization request to insurance for prescriptions after i called and walked into the clinic trying to get an update. I was called lazy amongst other things because my diabetes is not well managed but did not offer any way to help get my diabetes on track. if you want someone who is empathetic and caring about your diabetes care this is not the clinic for you.

1 /5 Nick Sidman: Good luck ever getting a call back in regards to medication and rescheduling appointments. They also gave me the wrong dosage of medicine and when I called their office several times and left messages I got no response until my doctors appointment where they looked at me like a deer in headlights. They also kept rescheduling appointments for me without my knowledge after I told them in October I am not seeing them for care anymore.
