1 /5 Binky Binx: I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this establishment. Over the course of multiple visits for routine jobs, including oil changes on three different vehicles, I’ve consistently encountered mistakes, unprofessional conduct, and a complete lack of accountability.
For example, during a routine oil change on my Mercedes, the car began smoking within minutes of leaving the shop due to oil spilled all over the engine—a spotless engine that had just passed inspection and diagnostic during the same visit. This required immediate relocation to another shop. Despite the obvious error, the shop refused to take responsibility.
Another vehicle, a Hummer, has been brought in repeatedly for work, only to have incomplete jobs that require additional visits and charges. On one occasion, I was charged over $1,600 for work that was left unfinished, with parts left inside the car. Additionally, I’ve experienced damage to other parts of my vehicles, such as the door panel, which were broken during visits and never repaired.
The lack of professionalism from the staff, including raised voices and inappropriate language when questioned, is deeply concerning. It is disappointing to see such disregard for customer care and quality workmanship.
I cannot recommend this business to others and strongly urge caution to anyone considering their services.
Update: After noticing my Hummer was leaking fluid still even after the repairs, I called the shop to inform them on how now this vehicle will be brought to the dealership for a diagnosis, I received a full refund of the $1600+.
