11 years ( since around 2010 ) and I have always experienced friendly,
exceptional service and automotive savvy.
I have seen Craig ODell ( the owner ) go out of his way to help
me on short notice ( no appointment ) and fix the problem.
Craig ALWAYS explains WHAT is wrong, HOW to fix and even tries
to save money for the customer ( if possible ).
They also let me know if they see a "potential" problem in the
future regarding my vehicle ( heads up ! ).
Important to note, Total Auto Care : fix vehicles, inspect, also
are a car dealership ( the same excellent service / no rip off !!!)
They do it all.
F.Y.I...have two small couches to sit on ( if waiting),
and two chairs, reading material and a BATHROOM .
I RECOMMEND TOTAL AUTO CARE,THEY ARE AN ASSET TO
THIS COMMUNITY AND ARE THE BEST !
