1 /5 Keith Lawrence Miller: Brought my 3 girls for a simple wash & dry for their 1st day at school, but the hairstylists kept skipping 1 of my girls because her hair was too thick and long even though her hair was washed and she was waiting patiently for over 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, she was told that she would have to pay more because her hair was long. Are they charging by the foot to blow dry hair? My little 7 year old was skipped over multiple times and told to get out of the chair for older ladies to get washed and did not even have a chance to get her hair washed. We were there for an hour waiting like fools and treated without dignity. I have lived here my whole life, went to this place as a kid, and always tip way more than the standard. We will not be going back ever again. Horrible service, terrible system and low quality results.

1 /5 Carey Leiterman: I dont remember her name, but my usual cutter Tony M who normally cuts my hair was out and I needed my hair cut badly. So I took the advice of one of the girls and went to a woman in the first or second chair on the end near the entrance. It was a disaster. First off she wouldnt listen to me when I tried to explain how I wanted my hair cut. Then she did something weird with the sides because my hair is very fine and now my hair looks like its sticking out on the sides. That didnt bother me too much. She also made the back all choppy by the neck, something Ive never had a problem with from Tony in ten years. But the worst thing is she at one put put a comb to my eyebrow and trimmed it. She said she was trimming 1 hair but it was extremely noticeable. I immediately hated it and said something but the damage was done I had to get the other one trimmed to match. She said my eyebrows had made me look old...at one point she called me a baby because I wanted my hair done a certain way and she didnt want to hear it. I just got it cut on January 4th 2024 and didnt want to start anything but tomorrow Im going back to complain about it. One person already asked me what happened to my eyebrows so I know its noticeible..Im so pissed kff... Do not go there unless you know the barber youre using.

1 /5 Chris Magreenie: First of all, I would like to say this place is absolutely horrid. Starting with the staff all the way to the management. I go in there for a haircut called the "pompadour" and without even asking me, the woman shaved my whole head. I havent had a shaved head since I was in third grade, if this is what I wouldve came here for in the first place, I wouldve had my dad do it for free! I swear, they must hire these people off the street with no experience in cutting hair whatsoever. As I was sitting there, the woman then realized she messed up and started laughing. I was so angry, I didnt want to cause a scene so I walked out and paid. I just wanted to make it known to the manager that the woman who did my hair completely messed it up. The manager had no remorse! Said "its too late now, your hair is gone. I have no time for this." And than told my girlfriend and I to leave the salon. I will NEVER be coming back to this place, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Take your money else where, where their staff is actually certified in cutting hair.

1 /5 KellyAnn Incandela: Horrible...it was my sons 1st haircut and I was expecting him to be nice! He rushed the haircut didnt listen to what I wanted! I asked for a lock of hair to save he ignored me and I stopped him to get some he was annoyed. The haircut is uneven! Now I have to take him to have it fixed! Ive used Rudi for my other kids and he was good ...NEVER again will I go back!
