1 /5 Jeanlyn States: Very poor experience. Vivi acts like your not there and takes other customers before helping those with an appointment. The quickest pedicure ever. No massage. No customer service skills. It seems the owner has a difficult time communicating with her customers and she is uncaring and rude. She can only see dollar signs with everyone who comes through her door. She doesn’t care if she has the ability to provide quality services in a reasonable amount of time or not.

5 /5 MASSIEL VARGAS: Love love love love this place. Making an apt is the best route to go. Both vivi and Jessica are great. I used to get reg mani went to gel and now get SNS. Absolutely love the service, they really do care for your nails.

5 /5 Melle: Love Vivi and her amazing talent! I usually get a regular mani and they last for weeks with no chipping at all. I’ve also done SNS powder with Vivi and I’ve never seen my nails so perfectly done! I know she really does care about my nails and their health. My nails always come out looking clean and beautiful. Making an appointment is the best way to go.

1 /5 Catherine Hoey: never coming back. i came here for years with my mom because the nails usually come out nice but its overpriced and the way vivi acts when something happens to your nails is ridiculous. everyone makes mistakes and when my nails looked awful i understood i just wanted her to fix them and she refused. never coming back honestly this place is only worth it for Jess because of the pedicures
