1 /5 Jeanlyn States: Very poor experience. Vivi acts like your not there and takes other customers before helping those with an appointment. The quickest pedicure ever. No massage. No customer service skills. It seems the owner has a difficult time communicating with her customers and she is uncaring and rude. She can only see dollar signs with everyone who comes through her door. She doesn’t care if she has the ability to provide quality services in a reasonable amount of time or not.
