1 /5 Trixie Tezz: Ive been going to same tech for over 2 years, very satisfied (even referred friends and family). Got my regular gel fill and he plowed the drill into my cuticles twice (2 different fingers). Each time the pain made me pull my hand away as if I were being sliced with a knife. He got angry and upset that I snatched my hand away from pain. Told me that "I have to take it so that he can clean it out". I said "it hurt youre digging to hard n close". He said, "next time you come, find another person". He finished the service with an attitude while talking to his co-workers in an angry tone. He was clearly discussing what happened. At end of service, the fill looked sub par and seemed amaturistic. It was not his best work. He had someone else cash me out while he walked away. No worries about using a new tech, I will find a new nail salon!!

5 /5 ashia collins: Wonderful experience!!! My sister and I were immediately greeted and seated for our pedicures, our nail techs were very in-depth with their service! We were then escorted to our manicures which were beautiful, we serviced by Dianne and Hai, and both were absolutely amazing!! 10 out of 10 service!

5 /5 Ashly Jones: I came in there previously and my pedicure was great but I didn’t really like the shape of my nails the first time around. I went again in hopes that it will be fixed and had a different tech. Hai is great! He took time and shaped my nails the way I preferred. The blue is the 1st time and the red was the second Hai full set with design and pedicure they’re great there.

3 /5 caitlin taft: My pedicure was great and the nail tech was very kind and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately I decided to also get a manicure, no polish just wanted my nails shaped and cuticles worked on. She shaped them well and buffed them but now my cuticles are a wreck. I’ve had this happen when I’ve tried to do my own cuticles but I’ve never had this happen after a professional manicure.
