5 /5 Lisa Davis: I took my van for repair due to another driver running into the back side of it when trying to park. I had several estimates done at other shops for repair but the estimators at those shops did not listen to my concerns in the way they proposed making the repair. I finally gave West Herr Lockport collision center a call for an estimate. I wish I could remember the womans name that spoke with me and listened to my concerns before making the estimate. She even called over the repair guy to discuss the options for the repair. She truly listened to me. After receiving the estimate, I was confident that this shop would complete the repair and that my van would look as if nothing ever happened!
I brought the van in for repair and Jillian was sure to share with me the process for completing the repair and was sure that I understood all the paperwork that I needed to sign. Jillian and Kendal did an amazing job of keeping me updated on where my vehicle was in the repair process. My vehicle was completed in about 4 days time. I am very happy with the result. I appreciate that the estimator, repairer and office staff took time to listen and talk with me about the best way to complete the repair.
