5 /5 T: My daughter and son needed MRI’s. They got in fast and they were very comfortable. Tech was personable and receptionist was very knowledgeable about the insurance and copays. Helped me understand how the insurances work and explained things so I can understand. Would recommend over other sites. I’ve been to a few over the years and none of them as helpful as this co.

1 /5 Duane Bakos: The nurses and techs doing the mri are great, the building is clean and neat. However the billing department based in Pittsburgh, Pa is incompetent. They are unable to provide the proper paperwork to my insurance to get paid. And yes, they did accept my insurance. After 4 times of calling and hashing everything out, they are still billing me.

3 /5 Joe Elter: I had a great experience they were nice courteous and helpful had an MRI with contrast. Then they failed to send the records to the doctor that ordered the MRI somehow they didnt have any information on the doctor that ordered the MRI. First time I ever had an experience like this had many MRIs and other places without this issues sending the report to the doctor that ordered it.. so they did nothing until I called a week after it was to be delivered.

I AM Me: Didnt inform me properly. there was too many patience on his mind, i guess. Got me mixed up with someone else and told me different than he put in my record n caused me trouble down the line. The service was good till then and he has a good bedside manor. The performance was all good until it was an issue with the next dr or service. Heed caution ⚠️ butt he was very nice. In the long run, misinformation can unalive a person. Make the next dr upset, giving the next Dr. misinformation details from this one, and they cancel you. You dont get service, n then early detection is out the window, and it causes inevitable unaliving, right? God bless. Truth is it causes dangerous situations. The next drs have schedules and their ways, and this can cause much trouble. Misinformation unalives, it creates emotions and insurance issues. Please be extra careful. Luv n light.. I hope i survive a canceled mess n stress this caused me n my next dr because of this. Will give an update. So far, there is no new test n an upset staff at the new drs. I sure didnt need it. A shame this all happened. Thanks

Elaine Farchione: I have gone to Dr Pal for years, I find it hard to believe these criticisms are of the same Dr Pal. Starting with the office workers, not once have they been rude, in fact they are very caring as are the nurses and PA’s I got very sick in another state, went to ER, through out the night the ER Dr talked with Dr Pal three time figuring the best way to treat me. I came home the next day and the very next day Dr Pal had me in his office at 9 am. Sure sounds like.a Caring Dr to me. Anyone can say anything on social media true or not. The Dr cannot defend himself/herself with ethics and HIPA . I hope when people are looking for. a Physician they take into consideration, most of these reviews are disgruntled people that didn’t hear what they preferred to hear, I have recommended Dr Pal and will continue to do so. You’re in good hands!

Maria Tierney: Dr. Jerry Schratz is the worst general surgeon to work with. I recently had gallbladder problems at Kenmore Mercy and was giving Schratz as my surgeon. He made the process miserable, he also didn’t want to remove my gall bladder because he needed me to be an outpatient at his practice first. He also told me I needed to BLIND trust him. So creepy, he definitely needs to retire. PLEASE Look elsewhere for help.

Dalitza Gómez: Wont be going back here again, I asked to see if I can be seen and they didnt get back to me till 315pm, the Dr. Jane James told the triage nurse to tell me to take allergy meds when Ive been having symptoms for 3 days going on 4 days. Nurse kind of tried brushing me off so I had enough and told her I will be getting seen by a different doctor that is willing to listen and give me a check up, if it wasnt for me going to this other doctor I wouldve ended up with bronchitis, since my concerns werent good enough for this dr. Office. Dont recommend anyone to go to this Dr. Office

ashley: All together I like this office but one issue I had is that I brought the CD with XRays that I was given at urgent care to the office for our scheduled appointment, as recommended, and they didnt have any way of viewing the XRays - why not? Seems like a normal necessary option at a doctors office. All that we were told is to make an appointment for Ortho, which is another 2 weeks wait. Just annoyed to show up to this appointment for nothing really.
