1 /5 Gabriela Rodriguez: This is the only hospital I know in the U.S that refuses to give out patient info. And the receptionist also refuse to give me her name. I asked for the supervisor she said her name was Kathy not sure if thats really her name since the first woman I spoke with had to ask someone in the background if she should transfer the call. I dont understand how hard it was for her to check the system to see if my family member was admitted there. Wow. Im speechless. Unprofessional people work there
