1 /5 Yolii: Been coming here on a off for over 10 years but ever since the owner Yolanda left the place ran by the two sisters ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE they have a sign in sheet at the register but yet they allow people who "have been here already" just go ahead of you I came in with semi permanent color in my hair and just needed a deep conditioner rinse out and roller set. I arrived at 3pm and had to wait over an hour just to get the conditioner washed out because she was just allowing a person who didnt sign in to just go to the wash station. As much as Ive been here I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON they are EXTREMELY SLOW and just have you waiting HOURS for a simple service I WILL NOT BE RETURNING as many times Ive said this before if I could give them no stars I would Oh and they are always changing the price

1 /5 Kay LLyons: I walked in 1:45p.m. Asked for touch-up color, wash, and set. Get started at 2 with a new lady parting my hair into sections. I thought she went to prepare the color and was using the bathroom. Until she tapped me, and could I move over so she could roller-set a Hispanic woman who walked in way after me. I allowed it. Only to move to the back and see the owner washing another two Hispanic women who walked in after. As I sat waiting for an hour, I decided to just get a wash and set because thats all I had time for. When the new lady came to start my hair again, I told her, and she immediately told the owner. The came said we could do it. I told her but now I cant. Long story short... Pictures of my healthy hair and my hair today as i write continuously, and Im continuously falling out now. Im writing this review because they are so wrong. I have been coming here well over 3 to 4yrs and experienced their poor service with jumping me for other spinach speaking people, and I really didnt care just as long as your work was quality. I also tipped everyone who touched my hair. Im unable to upload the because too much on my phone, but either way, they intentionally damaged my hair that day after being there for 4hrs. Thank you for reminding me that hospitality is also a key factor in service and where my money should go.

1 /5 ZKHOC: My friend came here for a silk press and they snuck chemicals in her hair to permanently straighten the hair. She no longer has curls and is planning to big chop. She is the type to bring her own products but they clearly did not use what she brought. Be very careful with choosing to get your hair straightened here. Especially if you’re a natural hair girly and not interested in relaxed results.

5 /5 Marsha Gotay: Yes, Yolanda left, but the girls are doing the best OK and and Nate train on her so why keep coming here if you feel that way they do hear nice I’ve been coming here for years even after you left they still do training and they still do Yolanda’s Hair The way is supposed to be so if you’re not satisfied, then don’t come here with the most respect and Time and Hair, and they love their hair. They make their hair grow and grow and grow and grow and grow.

In addition, Svetlana gave me some good advice on how to better care for my hair. Absolutely all my friends and acquaintances liked my new hairstyle, almost everyone began to say that I was much younger, began to look much better, at the music festival, not even all my acquaintances recognized me. After that I got my hair cut there again and was again very pleased with the result. I recommend this hairdresser and hairdresser Svetlana to everyone. She is a first-class master and, in my opinion, the best specialist in her field.

Marilyn Omdahl: Jess did an amazing job at cutting my hair! I’ve been trying to grow my hair out and wanted just a little trim to refresh my hair, and that is exactly what I got. In her words- she didn’t get “scissor happy”. LOL. I am not the kind of person who loves going to the salon but Jess and the rest of the House of Beauty crew made me feel right at home. Their space is beautiful and modern and they make everyone feel welcomed with their positive attitudes and customer appreciation. I loved supporting this small business. I recommend everyone head to this up and coming salon for all their beauty needs- whether that be haircuts, blow outs, make-up application, waxing, House of Beauty does it all!!

Catherine Vargas: The place looks great and very upscale but they dont take walk ins even though they have a sign that says "Walk-ins welcome" also no one in the entrance. Took 10 minutes for someone to tell us that they are by appointment only and that everyone was already booked for the week. But maybe one day Ill make an appointment and give the right review. I just dont agree with the sign they should change it to something like due too high demand we only take appointments or blame it on Covid.
