Nichole Gamache: Yesterday I had my first appointment with this wonderful establishment. I was checked in by the nicest patient care representative who later brought me to the back to be changed and to the waiting room. The atmosphere was clean and inviting decor. The radiology technician came to get me and asked if I would be ok with a student with her which I agreed. Her name was Tracy A. She explained every movement and all the reasonings which made me feel very confident and comfortable with her and this entire process. She is the model for trainers. I had minimal wait time between every task as well. The student, technician and patient registrars need a big shout out. All my nervousness went out the door with every interaction. Thank you all for making my first appointment educational and easy.
Courtney Kilcollins: The level of complete disregard and neglectfulness is astonishing. I have never had to deal with an office dropping the ball so many times and just point blank not doing their job. The director Richelle is rude and takes zero accountability for the office and staff, not only would I not recommend but I will be reporting this facility
Jacey MindfuLife: This doctor is profoundly present, structured, and competent. She had a plan from the start, she answered all questions and was compassionate through the entirety of our first visit, and we left feeling confident and encouraged. We did not feel rushed and the course of treatment was meticulously outlined for us. I cannot say enough good about Dr. GIROUX and the world needs more like her.
