1 /5 Joey Acosta: Manager is unprofessional, inappropriate and rude. Yelled at us for touching pants on a shelf that we were looking to purchase.

1 /5 Annabelle Williams: The quality of the clothing here has gone downhill severely. I notice items ripping and wearing down so much faster than my clothing from other stores. I’m not too fond of the staff at the Crossgates location either. It’s clear that they’re understaffed and the managers need to enforce stronger zoning with associates. The store here is SIGNIFICANTLY more messy than the Colonie location. Not a big fan of the eye rolls I get here when I have to ask for a fitting room to be unlocked.

1 /5 Teresa Eichlin: Only because when I called to ask about a missing item, they disregarded it and said it was not on their shelf so it must not have been missing. Bad business and my daughter did not get what was paid for. Check your bags before you leave. On a side note the young lady that helped us while there was amazing.
