American Eagle - Waterloo (NY)

1 /5 Katie R: Horrible customer service. The workers are either always talking up front, or on their phones. In the fitting rooms they are always on their phones never helping the people in the fits. The people up front at the register are always just sitting up there talking never looking around asking if anyone needs help with anything. Worst American Eagle I have ever been too, would not recommend.

1 /5 Joseph Edwards: Went in here on November 15th. One cashier was on her phone and the other was just standing behind the register. They refused to cash me out. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my 38 years of living.

5 /5 Sydney Prybycien: Christina helped me out today (As well as a darling redhead I’m sorry I can’t remember her name ) this is probably my favorite visit to the store. I had given the store a call earlier in the day inquiring about a belt and traditionally they don’t cut belts on the weekends because it’s so busy and it’s true. The store was definitely filled with people this weekend. Turns out I didn’t even need to cut the belt just added a few more holes and they took care of it all for me. Christina was fabulous on the phone and as well as in person. She actually got to know me and had excellent customer Service. I love this store. They are awesome. All the men and women that work there are fantastic. Thank you guys so much for your help today. I am most appreciative/ Grateful.

5 /5 Jae: I love American Eagle and have been wearing the brand for over a decade. Specifically, their jeggings are of amazing quality that come in a variety of sizes. If I cant find it in store, I can go online and have it shipped to the store for free. Being a millennial, Im not one for crop tops and super high-rise jeans but I usually find something I like here. The staff at this particular location are always nice and helpful. The store itself is also clean and well kept. I went to return a shirt as well as pick up an online order yesterday and it went seamlessly. Great place to shop and I hope this store at the Waterloo Outlets will stay open.
