5 /5 Dylan B: I went in looking for a bed frame. They have a lot to choose from which is really nice. There not pushy or demanding like some stores. I walked in and was greeted by Amanda C. Shes very friendly, knowledgeable, and will let you browse without seeming like shes on your hip. She helped me pick out a nice bed frame that will go nicely with my room color and bedside stands. She was willing to go above and beyond to even bring a colored stand over next to the bed frame to see how it looked just to make sure they looked good together. I ended up buying that bed frame and waiting for it to be delivered. If you need anything definitely ask for Amanda C the bills fan not the patriots fan one :)

5 /5 Arielle McVay: My anxiety was through the roof prior to stepping into Ashleys! Furniture shopping is just as stressful as buying a used car in my opinion. I did not want to be pressured into something I wasnt positive on or rushed into buying. Amanda met us at the front and was amazing!!! She was there to point us in a good direction and then just let us do our thing. We were there for over an hour testing beds and not once did I feel pushed to buy! She periodically checked in and answered questions as needed. I know why shes the manager because she was wonderful!!! We were torn between 2 and she didnt even push the slightly more expensive one either and pointed out why we might like the other one better. We found a new bed and I left feeling so thrilled with our choice and zero anxiety about the entire situation. Thank you!!!!

5 /5 Lisa Bentley: Marsha was exceptional in assisting us in our purchase even when she knew another rep assisted us briefly a day before the other rep would get the credit. However she wasnt available today and really it was Marsha that did the work and finally the sale. I made sure Marsha got the commission. The store was well equipped with floor stock and plenty of staff available. No one was pushy and polite.

5 /5 David Larrison: Came here after losing $2500 on furniture from Value City Furniture from the bankruptcy filing and a snake oil salesman from Old Brick in Henrietta who promised furniture that would never come. We talked with Renee, and I explained our frustrating position and that we needed something we loved and that would arrive within two weeks. We had recently moved and had no living room furniture for months. Renee was professional and delivered on her promise - we received our new beautiful furniture set within 12 days!! Biggest lesson - FORGET THE STORES THAT SELL ASHLEY, GO RIGHT TO ASHLEY, IN BATAVIA, AND TALK TO RENEE! you will not be disappointed!
