The staff here were just amazing, Peter and Jacob were very patient and helpful working with me for several hours to buy multiple suits. The customer service provided was second to none. Great prices and great items as always. Can’t wait to go back.

5 /5 Jared Stamm: Wonderful selection of merchandise, great prices, and fantastic salespeople. Marion and Lynn were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and had terrific senses of humor as well. They also pointed us toward a local tailor who was able to make alterations quickly. Really nice shopping experience. We will definitely be back this winter.

4 /5 Kevin: Staff was friendly and helpful. Slightly disappointed at selection (although Im comparing this outlet to the brooks brothers outlet in Lee Massachusetts). Traditional styles are still here, but the variety the Lee store offers exceeds this store. Also disappointed at the lack of retail store out styles not being available. This outlet had only outlet brand brooks brothers (for those of you who thrift for a good deal at the outlet, the cursive writing is retail store brand models, while "246" and block lettering is the outlet store branding). The quality of brooks brothers is still hard to beat, and always, always worth buying. Happy with the help I received!
