1 /5 Hudson Valley Reviewer: Burlington Coat Factory is usually a great place to find deals, but this location was honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The store was extremely messy from the moment I walked in. There were items thrown all over the floor, clothes piled in random spots, and racks that looked like they hadn’t been straightened or organized in hours. It wasn’t just a little cluttered — it was genuinely hard to walk through some aisles because things were scattered everywhere. When a store is this disorganized, it makes it almost impossible to find what you’re looking for. Shoes were mismatched, home items were mixed in with clothing, and a lot of merchandise looked like it had been tossed wherever instead of being put back properly. It gave the whole place a chaotic and neglected feeling. I’ve been to other Burlington locations that were clean and easy to shop in, so seeing this one in such rough condition was disappointing. I really wanted to like this store, but the mess was overwhelming and made the shopping experience unpleasant. With better organization and a stronger focus on basic cleanliness, this place could be so much better. But as it is right now, it’s a 1-star experience for me.

1 /5 Michael Jones: Store is messy and smells like pot. Let’s just say when you shop here you will see very interesting characters. Also the employees at the checkout have no customer service skills and are mean as well. They are bi tchy sometimes to the customers.Go to Marshalls or Serria down the street for better customer service and better quality and experience. Won’t be back :(

1 /5 Cynthia Anspach: Giving a one star review because I witnessed some of the craziest things while waiting TWO HOURS in line to check out! First the “asset protection” guy walks the ENTIRE line of people FINDS HIS GIRLFRIEND and escorts her to the front of the line so she can pay! We all waited VERY patiently while only 3 people actually were ringing customers out everyone else onto their phone or chitchatting away! That’s not all! The SAME “asset protection “ guy proceeds to yell out how he’s taking a break comes back 15 minute later ( yes I’m still waiting to check out) goes over to this cubby area grabs a hand full of shoes AND TAKES THEM RIGHT TO THE REGISTER TO PAY! Once again cutting the line of VERY PATIENT CUSTOMERS! We are exiting the building and this same gentleman used foul language stating he didn’t care who was mad he cut the line you’ll never catch him standing in it! But on a positive note my cashier was absolutely wonderful! She mentioned she just joined your team and she was one of the friendliest in the store! Also? Another positive experience was the young women FAITH she was so kind and helpful and knew where everything was even in the crazy mess of things! FAITH. Seemed to have great knowledge of the store in his entirety and she is an asset to your business! That asset protection guy in the other hand sketchy

4 /5 Michelle Shealey-Spooner: Be careful using your email here. I have had a few other peoples receipt sent to my email showing the last 4 of their debit card. Other than that, lots of choices and cool stuff to see and pick.

1 /5 Pinez 14: My biggest issue isn’t what they sell or the quality. But the work ethic I understand you can’t always have more than one cashier but I’ve came twice today to grab some discounted shoes and there’s been only 1 cashier both times. With more than 10 people in line. I currently work in retail and if this ever happened all of the staff would be fired lol. This will be my last time coming to Burlington.
