2 /5 Pat MacNeil: Judging from other reviews, I guess we hit a bad customer service day! Very nice clothes but the customer service was terrible. Three ladies behind the service desk all talking about their personal plans. They were so loud. The lady serving us hardly spoke, she was so interested in the conversation of her co workers. Honestly a beautiful store with beautiful clothes but on this day the customer service was absolutely awful! low rating is all because of such bad customer service on this day ( June 8th)

5 /5 Delaney Fragale: Very impressed with my first visit. Lots of trendy styles, reasonable prices, and great customer service. Max started a room for me and offered other clothes that I ended up buying. This store will be on my "must visit" list when heading back to the Galleria Mall in the future.

1 /5 SJ: The clothes are cute, but the quality is poor. SHEIN quality clothing at department store prices. I bought a sweater and the whole thing pilled up after one wear.
