5 /5 Leslie Dougherty: Always make sure I stop in here when I’m in town. Not only do they offer a great selection of clothing, jewelry and gifts, but the staff are engaging and they always go out of their way to give you an amazing experience.

1 /5 Honky Tonk Guy: This place blowsssss.....they rip you off and charge you 400% upcharge on their cost then dont stand behind their product at all....theyve deleted multiple negative review to make you think they are ok, but please avoid this place so you dont feel shamed a week or two later So frustrating. Wife and I come here 3 times a year to buy things. Always $2-300 per visit. Was a huge fan until recently, wife bought a $90 denim jacket. Took it home, she wore it out and I noticed the seams in the back splitting....drove back out here and asked if they can do anything, they said the tags are cut off so go screw yourself.... Brutal service, brutal attitude, not worth the cost if stuff is just going to fall apart.....literally 0-10 do not buy anything here, will never visit again..

1 /5 Jeff Thomas: I was in Ellicottville with my family browsing stores. This store caught our eye. When we walked in my 8 year old daughter was looking at the bracelets. She was approached by the owner and said that children are not permitted to touch the mechandise. She was very rude. Will never be back and do not recommend patronizing this business.

2 /5 Dawn Rinehart: Great concept of a store, but unfortunately Im not in the size range. Accessories were cute, and I may have been tempted to purchase something had the employee looked up from her video to acknowledge me in the slightest. I was not spoken to until leaving.

1 /5 Lauren Rafter: I walked in and was accosted by the older woman working at the counter She asked us where we were from and then stated to us “ your walking in her looking like your better than everyone else”. I stated that I grew up here. She continued berating everyone in our group. Others in the store were so offended that they put down the things they had in their hands and left. They approach us on the street and told us they couldn’t believe what happened and we were so kind how we handled her. I wouldn’t step in this place again or recommend anyone supporting this store and I believe in buying local.
