3 /5 Hannah Thomsen: Love the clothes, all fit well. However, whoever the manager/supervisor was who was working tonight was terrible. There was a young woman who is clearly a new hire helping me make a return, and was struggling. The supervisor (as well as the othe employee on shift) stood and watched, and "busied themselves" with straightening a few things and gave the poor girl an attitude whenever she kindly asked for help.
The return could have been much more efficient if the more long-term employees had helped the girl who was training. The whole return/exchange process took at least 20-30 minutes, and was a very simple one-item exchange. I hope that Gap can find some kinder employees to train new hires in the future.
