H&M - Albany (NY)

4 /5 Victoria Lacagnina: H&M is one of my favorite go-to stores whenever I go shopping. It always has some cute styles and the sizing is usually forgiving with an adequate range of options. This H&M is small though compared to others Ive been to. Theres a kids section, the womens is upstairs while the mens is downstairs. Employees here are always nice at least, and Ive never had problems coming in and finding something. The mens section has some nice selections; but overall I dont think I like the layout of the store.

3 /5 Maria Oishee: Bought a T-shirt from H&M, but after a machine wash, the color faded and the quality felt quite low. However, I really like their jewelry collection,For adult,they have attractive and fashionable clothing.I also appreciate their designs overall.

1 /5 Steven Yun: Sales clerk started using foul language in front of a customer with a very young child all due to whether an item was on sale or not. It turned out the item was on sale after the manager was called but no apology was given. Very poor customer service...

1 /5 Jodi Rathbun: Was in the store and made a purchase-all items not put in my bag! So now I’m home over two hours away and missing an item. I called customer service, who said they can’t help me. That they only assist with online purchases. Can’t contact the store directly. I’m so upset!
