1 /5 K p: I went into this store hoping to find a faja to wear under my white dress, and I honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
From the start, the salesperson (a red-haired woman) was extremely rude and dismissive. She wouldn’t even let me take a proper look at the products or try one on before asking, “Are you buying it today?”I explained that of course I need to try it before deciding — especially since the items are nearly $100+, not a $10 purchase. Instead of helping, she kept bringing up that another customer had “wasted her time” earlier and acted as if I was about to do the same.
When I finally got to try one on, I told her the color (mocca) was way too dark for my light-colored dress and that I’d need something lighter. I said I would need to reconsider other options, and instead of offering a solution, she literally said, “Thanks for wasting my time.” I was shocked. I asked her why she was being so rude to customers, but her attitude never changed. I honestly believe either the store trains her with that script to push customers into impulsive purchases, or she simply never got trained properly on how to treat people with respect.
I left feeling unwelcome, insulted, and amazed that a store with this kind of service somehow has such good reviews. The store was empty, and now I completely understand why. With prices that high, the least they could do is treat customers with basic courtesy.
I’ve never been spoken to so poorly while trying to shop. If you’re looking for good customer service or a welcoming experience, I would not recommend this place at all.
