1 /5 Serina Gounden: Worst customer service, store should’ve closed with previous owner. Went in to exchange an unworn shirt with receipt and tag still in bag. The guy at the counter said no then proceeded to give the shirt to the other ladies standing around to “check” then they stated well it’s a shirt and they told the guy that it’s up to him and there’s nothing wrong with it. He took the shirt back said no we can’t exchange sorry. I’ve shopped here before but again worst customer service. Even with new owners it still isn’t worth going back. According to other reviews it shows that they don’t take criticism or advice and always have to be in the right.

Editing again due to their response to the situation, it was already mentioned tag was still in the bag he took out the shirt kept repeating no but yet they proceeded to take out that same piece of clothing hand it around say it’s fine and can be taken back because it was just a shirt but it was up to the man at the counter who then decided to take it back from them shove it back in the bag and said no even after watching about 4 different people say it’s fine. Up until i said i’d rather get rid of the item and leave a review is when they started saying oh no don’t do that we’ll exchange it right away and that its not necessary. It goes to show again that they don’t care about customers, they only care about their reputation which is slowly declining.
