1 /5 Kayla Araujo: I did an online order and when I called to figure out how exactly to pick up my online order, the front desk had absolutely no idea how the process worked. They told me they were switching me to Sephora which theyve been hung up on me. So I called back and then the lady started telling me two different things first that she talked to her manager and I have to walk in to get my product, and then it turned into I just pulled into my assigned spot. The phone call ended with me saying you know what thanks for your time and hanging up, however this is very frustrating that they dont even know how their own store policy runs. I go here all the time but will not be returning. Do better Kingston.
