1 /5 S B: I experienced racism at the fitting room by one of the employees. He was the one working at the fitting room. He responded very nicely and actively to others EXCEPT for me and my husband. He did not say anything when my husband returned items that he did not want to buy AND even when I told him “thank you” at the end. Clearly that was not what he did to other people. He checked in with other customers multiple times asking questions kindly. We were the only Asians at the store at the moment, and I am extremely upset and shocked about what happened. Levis should do a better job with training their employees with promoting inclusion and diversity in store. This experience seriously impacted my impression about shopping at Levis in a negative way regardless of my satisfaction with the product. Worse than one star.
