1 /5 Perry Grosser: Terribly cheap product, yet they charge a lot. The jeans came apart after one or two short seasons, the hems all opened, the threading came apart, holes all over, and they said sorry. they could sell me another pair for $99, but wont give me any credit for the ones that did not last two years of sporadic wear. Terribly cheap Chinese garments!

5 /5 Arthur Glauberman: I have been a big fan of Lucky Brand jeans but over the years I’ve purchased I’ve purchased their clothing at other major retailers. That changed this afternoon, when I walked into the Lucky Brand store in the Westchester Mall in White Plains. As i walked in, I noticed that their were lots of great sale prices but I was more impressed by their extraordinary sales staff. Narda Brissett offered to help me and once I explained what I was looking for, she became my personal shopping concierge bringing me all kinds of jeans and slacks as well as sweaters and extra warm heavy duty shirts. Narda spent at least an hour helping me find fantastic fitting clothes at absolutely amazing prices! If you are looking for comfortable clothing at awesome prices, you have to visit the Lucky Brand store on the lower level of The Westchester.

5 /5 Greg L: Been wearing Lucky for over a decade and Ive still yet to come across another brand that offers the same comfort and sizing I need for the price. Stopped buying $200 jeans that require additional inseam hemming and just buy a ton of the 411 Athletic Tapers now.

1 /5 Timothy Smith: I placed and order to pick up in store. It was cancelled without a call. I rang the customer support and they said they didnt understand why it was cancelled because theres plenty of inventory. I had to replace the order and pay for 2 day shipping which was reimbursed, but Im on day 4 and no tracking information as to where the package is. Very frustrated and annoyed because its a gift and the main number and the store dont seem to know whats going on with each other.
