1 /5 Shannon Schroeder: Unless you get the size exactly right on the first purchase, I would refrain from purchasing from this lady returns and exchanges are highly unlikely if not extremely difficult even if you do adhere to her guidelines which we fully did. I am attaching a copy of all of our emails below so you can see for yourself. We clearly did everything on our part to return these pants. I never received any response from her until almost 3 weeks later to which she claimed she responded to my email, but I never got it. Even her snapshot of her so-called response does not include any sort of return information on where to send the pants so she clearly dropped the ball on her end and is expecting us to be stuck with a $300 bill for it. Beware she will not take accountability for her own actions. You can see how she clearly stated she got the email with the photos attached and the only email she claims to have sent STILL does not include any sort of return instructions. Also she did not make any exception with us the first time we were well within the return window that time as well. This is just bad business!!
What’s even more irritating is a few reviews down a similar event happened, and they are offering to let her return the items. No problem. And why is she giving different people different return policies? We were only given 7 days, why did this lady get 10??? Even still we contacted her within the 7 days and she is expecting us to just eat the $300 we lost and ignore the fact that is is NOT honoring her own policy!!
