5 /5 Amanda V: Had the best experience in a Maurices store. The employees at this store are so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a return and also bought a few items and they helped me use my coupons and rewards for the greatest savings. The store is very organized, clean, and the displays are beautiful. They are constantly sanitizing, especially fitting rooms after they are used. Checkout was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this Maurices store in the Chautauqua Mall!

1 /5 Jessica Bates: Hire employees who are actually pleasant and greet customers. I walked in, your employees did see me, but never said a word to me. I walked around to shop, but left empty handed because I felt like I would be “disturbing” them.

2 /5 Sam: If you can go to the fredonia site I would suggest it. Much nicer and able to to look up your rewards in the store. Have been told repeatedly this site should be able to do so but everytime I go in they tell me its impossible and I do not receive the emails "I should be getting".
