New city smoke shop - New City (NY)

2 /5 Brian OConnell: Never open on time.. I come here because it’s one of the only stores “open” at 9am.. I’ve been here multiple times now at 9am and they are not open.. the employee strolls in after 930 says “traffic” I gave him the benefit of the doubt.. but when it happens multiple times it’s not an accident.. it’s just poor business practices… other times I’ll come mid day and the door is locked only to find the employee is out doing god knows what! Ppl don’t have time to wait around all day!! Also, the phone number doesn’t work.

5 /5 Alayna Lucy: This store is amazing! 10/10 service and experience. This isnt the store next to rocket wraps! This is the store next to Fire and Cork! Theyre just in the same complex. Great deals! Owner is the kindest person I know. All his products are authentic and the real brands!

1 /5 Michael Owens: Owner is the biggest liar of all time. Overpriced. Doesn’t tell truth. Rude entire time. UPDATE: yes I’m sure this was the right smoke shop. You guys sell nicotine vapes but only to certain people ANOTHER UPDATE: every negative review this gets, the owner says it’s not this smoke shop. But then replies to positive comments saying thanks. Terrible business. Do NOT shop here
