5 /5 Cynthia Barr: I went to get an item tailored that I bought from jcrew online. The tailor was very knowledgeable and recommended something I had not even considered to make the dress fit better and wear better. Totally worth the fee for what will be done. Customer Service was good.

She very personable and not pushy in the ways that sales associates can be. 10/10 recommend. If you are looking for help on the womens floor ask for Claire, you be disappointed!!

5 /5 Jackie M: We visited Nordstrom at the White Plains Mall and we had a great time. I had to return a pair of shoes I ordered online for my husband. When we arrived at the mens shoe area we were greeted by a friendly salesman who helped us out with everything. We then proceeded to the mens area to find a tuxedo shirt for my husband and was helped by a very friendly sales lady we never git her name but we had a conversation with her and she said she was from the Dover area since we told her we were from the fishkill area. The store was extremely clean including the ladies bathroom and there was plenty of parking available. We will be going back to Nordstrom especially around the holidays cant wait.

5 /5 Starr Dawson: I love the Bobbi Brown counter. They are fully stock with all the products I like and use. The Sales Associate/MUA Melanie is always pleasant, ,helpful and very knowledgeable of Bobbi Brown makeup ,as well as, other multiple makeup counters/products.
