5 /5 Stacey Gonzalez: One shopping.trip I dropped like over $500 on my 2 daughters for their school clothes and the young lady was very friendly, helpful and courteous.I let her supervisor know she was very helpful and her supervisor was like she spent how much?She was very appreciative towards her employee for being courteous and me spending so much money.Love this store.

1 /5 Jennifer Samuel: Today is 9/27/19 around 1:40 I stop in at the Lake Avenue store to look around to see if I could find something I like. When I walked in no sales associate greeted me nor any other customers that came in. One associate pass by and didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer. I did found something I like, because of the poor tactics of customer service I refuse to buy anything. Normally I don’t do any reviews but I’m seen a lot of business that need to teach associate customer service skills.

1 /5 Marissa Brown: Unfriendly didnt greet me when I walked in or say anything when I walked out. Asked questions and it was like I was a bother. Definitely wont be back to this location.

4 /5 Bridget M: Only thing i didnt like was only being able to take 3 items into dressing rooms so I had to keep going in and out to try I various items. Also they need some type of shopping carts or baskets so you dont have to set stuff down and hope no one takes it while in dressing room.

1 /5 ceo chop (4life): People need to learn how to talk to people rude and unprofessional the 2 girls that close on Wednesday 13th are explains of that because they were closing maybe but one sits there and laughs while the other one agures with someone for asking a question about some clothes sizes (its rainbow) dont get it and i know because i saw and heard it all she deserves to be consequenced for her actions no woman should be talked to like that in a store where shes spending her hard earned money at i will never go back and spend any of my money there and or my families money i promise you that ......worst store ever
