1 /5 Casey Reardon: Went in to get a proper fitting and measurement since it has been a long time. Was asked right away if I was going to be buying something from the store or elsewhere. Now I had every intention of buying multiple items there if I liked what I saw, but the way this was asked was an immediate put off. The only measurement I received was my neck, nothing else. I was shown a couple jackets, no more measurements, no more questions, no more help. I feel I may have been judged by my appearance. I did ask about measuring for dress shirts and he threw out a number which I know is wrong. Terrible service. I will not return. At the very minimum I would have loved to have used their tailoring service in the future, but I will look elsewhere. Next time someone comes in I hope they are treated professionally. Places like this have long forgotten about customer service.
