1 /5 Rafael Dávila: Good afternoon, My name is Irma Abreu. I hace to complain about this store because on October 25,2025, an incident occurred. They sold me a completely damaged inverter. I noticed something wrong with the inverter when my husband checked it after we got home. He found a red wire connected to the fan area. When he opened it, he saw that it was completely disassembled. He called the police, and they only said they had to go to the location where the incident occurred. However, the police officer said the store was closed and that it would have to be on monday. We went to the store on monday and met with the employee. The employee told the whole truth about what was happening with the inverter. The owner was never there. I called the police again, and the unprofessinal police officer said they had to talk to the owner. If the owner didnt pay, I would have to go to court and file a complaint. Im trying to understand how I could file a complaint with the court when the police officer was supposed to file the complaint and didnt do anything. We waited for the owner in the parking lot near his business, and A customer told us that he was at the store, that he arrived at the business, and we spoke with the owner himself. When we spoke with him, he said he wasnt going to give me the money back. He evn dared to ask for my addrees and phone number if I didnt have to take the inverter back, even though he sold it to me completely broken. This person is a scammer and is rude and hostile, since he told me and my husband to shut up, as if he thought he was always right. What he did was fraud because the inverter never Worked; everything inside it was damaged and broken. When you buy from this store, my advice is to test it right there, no matter what the owner says, because hell claim You damaged it. Hes not fair to other people and has no respect for others. He wasnt taught any values at hame; he has a black heart full of lies and bad intentions towards others.
