3 /5 Susan Renner: I’ve been a loyal Stop & Shop customer for many years and have always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Lately, though, I’ve noticed that some items I regularly shop for are often out of stock, which has meant making additional trips to other stores to complete my shopping. I’m wondering if some of these stocking challenges might be related to broader sourcing issues.
I also noticed the recent store layout changes, and while I understand updates can be necessary, it’s made finding items a bit more time-consuming.
I still appreciate the customer service, but due to these recent experiences, I’ve started shopping at other stores where I’ve been able to consistently find everything I need in one trip. I hope things improve soon, as I’d love to return to Stop & Shop as my go-to grocery store.
