1 /5 Sumaia: I had a very unprofessional experience with this business. When I politely asked if they would be willing to negotiate a dress down to $120, I was met with a dismissive and rude response instead of a respectful conversation. The owner literally told me, “Did you even understand what you said? Is it really a $120 dress?”
This is not how you speak to customers, especially when people are willing to spend their hard-earned money. A simple, polite negotiation would have been enough, but instead I was made to feel disrespected.
If you want to run a successful business, professionalism, respect, and customer service should come first. Unfortunately, I did not find that here.
