5 /5 Oscar “Kokito” Gonzalez: Staff is friendly. Regular clientele, i think mostly out of towners. Parking is within the shopping area and free. Definitely reliable venue. Products are good and accessible. Ambiance is typical. some good deals. Worth the visit.

1 /5 Tara Kelleher: Came into theory to shop on Black Friday, arrived at 1:30 am no greeting and then once I had a few items to try on and asked for a fitting room was told we close in 10 mins. I said ok where can I try these on. Same women came into dressing room and said we close in 2 mins. I hurried to the register but honestly contemplated not spending $400 in this store do to poor attitude of staff. Not my fault you work in retail and you have to work the holidays. Surprised that theory would hire such rude sales personnel honestly. I will be filling a complaint to corporate.
