5 /5 Dancer S: Love the ladies that work here!! Every time I come in they always make me feel super welcome and are super attentive! Whenever I am unsure of what to purchase they always have amazing suggestions and are always willing to help with sizing and such. I have been here numerous times since they have opened and I have always had great experiences here

3 /5 Hope: I buy all my undergarments at Torrid. Staff are super helpful, but a little too much. Someone greats you as soon as you enter and will check in with you often to see if you need anything, but I actually dont like going in the store because I like to shop in peace, not make small chat, but thats just me. I dont buy anything full price there, clearance or sales only. Saleswoman walked in the changing room without knocking and never said sorry or anything, I was super embarrassed.

1 /5 Alicia Rivera: I was there today with a friend. The older lady who openly said she “doesn’t care because she’s retiring” was rude. She told us while we were looking at clothes that if we didn’t buy anything we might as well not be in the store. We were very taken back and this is not the first time this has happened with the same person. The store might have a lot more sales and more customers without people like her!

2 /5 FlufflePuff Hehe i see you: The store was beautiful and had great variety but the time Id had gone a manager from another store was in, it was me and my mother because despite us being both adults I wanted to doa girls day and what better than some bra shopping. I am a heavy chested person for only being 20 (36 G, 180 pounds 55") but Ive never really felt comfortable is wire bras due to the wire pushing into my ribs when I would bend over, Ive gone through a lot of bras to figure this out so I went to torrid to find those other options. I was disappointed I was too big for any the design but I was insisted by the out of town manager to give two types of bras a try; so when I tried both and didnt feel comfortable in either when I would try to bend since I do a lot of that at work she then shamed me that Ive aloud my chest to get this saggy and if I wanted to improve on my figure I needed to get over the pain. I was taken aback from the comment and was upset because I am comfortable with how my body looks and I dont need other people approval, I do not wear nice fitting bras for anyone but myself and I will not make myself endure pain when I wear oversized uniforms anyway. Not great service and i would rather have been attended by one of the original staff .

1 /5 E Trumble: Nice store, love the clothes. Staff was to over my shoulder, I was speaking to a family member that all I needed was a bra to go with the shirt. The staff then ran up to me and asked if I wanted to get measured I told them no. They continued to measure me and touch my chest for a bra fitting after repeatedly telling them I didn’t want it and no.
