1 /5 Vilma Affinito: The people who work at the colonie store are very nice, but overall customer service is not very good. No one ever answers the phone! I would go there and purchase items and give them the business, but when I see something online trying to find out if they have it in the store is near impossible. So I just order online. Last week the entire store was closed for a full week. The whole staff was ill apparently. The sign on the door said they w/b closed for 1 day. I live 40 minutes away. I drove there and back 3 times! I finally called mall security who told me the store w/b closed for the entire week. There was no recording when you called. Nothing on the door of the store. That’s what I mean by poor customer service. It’s too bad because there are few plus size shops in this area and I like Torrid clothes. So for now I have to contend with ordering online and waiting 10 days for delivery.

Quality clothing, knowledgable staff, FRIENDLY atmosphere. They always have a sale, offer store rewards and credit card. Inside. Colonies Center mall, park near post office entrance for shortest walk. Wheel chair accessible mall, store and Torrid dressing rooms!

5 /5 Mary Fiero: Fell in LOVE with their bombshell high waisted pants. (Which i HIGHLY suggest for any moms with loose skin or extra chub on their tummy that typically hangs out or gives you a muffin top when you wear other jeans) Came back for a cute jacket I found in clearance!! The employees were SO helpful and so polite!! One of them just by looking at me figured I was wearing pants a size too big (must have lost a pants size without knowing it) and got me the correct size that fit like a glove and looks amazing!! The other girl listened to me when I told her what I was looking for she went through the store and very quickly picked out several things that I absolutely LOVED some didnt look right with my body type so i put them back but were totally cute anyway. I spent more than I usually do on clothes (as I typically shop at Walmart target and goodwill but never find clothes that make me feel good) but I was SO happy with the service and the gorgeous clothes...I will absolutely be back!!! (Ps take advantage of their buy one get one free clearance items... so worth it!)
